Job Responsibilities

As an Oven Installation Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial bakery ovens and related equipment. Your main duties will include:

Installation

Travel to customer sites and install new bakery equipment according to specifications and safety guidelines. This may involve working independently or as part of a team. Ensure that installations are completed efficiently and meet the highest quality standards.

Maintenance & Repairs

Perform routine maintenance checks on bakery ovens to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues and make necessary repairs promptly. Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and service reports.

Training & Support

Provide training and technical support to customers on the proper use and maintenance of new equipment. Answer inquiries, offer guidance, and address any concerns or questions that arise during customer interactions.

Travel & Flexibility

Collaborate with customers to test and modify existing recipes and provide valuable feedback. Contribute to the creation of innovative and high-quality baking solutions that will aid in the customers success.

Safety & Compliance

Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures while performing installations, repairs, and maintenance activities. Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in equipment installation and maintenance, preferably in the bakery or food service industry.
• Strong mechanical and technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical components.
• Familiarity with commercial bakery ovens and related equipment is highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to provide clear instructions and training to customers.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required.
