Through the acquisition of Long Island, NY-based Empire Bakery Equipment Co., Empire Equipment Company further expand leading Distribution Platform

Empire Equipment Company ("Empire") (www.empire-equipment.com), has acquired Empire Bakery
Equipment Co, to further expand a leading wholesale distribution platform for commercial foodservice and bakery equipment. Together, the Company will have twelve distribution locations throughout the US.


Empire Bakery Equipment Co., is a value-added solutions provider for all facets of commercial baking
equipment, aftermarket parts and smallware accessories in the retail, wholesale and in-store bakeries,
bagel shops, pizzerias and foodservice industries. Empire Bakery Equipment Co has provided market-leading wholesale distribution capabilities since 1978 throughout the US markets.
